How does the program work?
You will receive concise, clear English shiurim that explain the sources of the Shulchan Aruch and later poskim. The shiurim are sent once or twice a week. Rabbonim are available to help and answer questions. Every shiur contains review questions or a summary to help you gauge your knowledge.
Who is Yeshivas Iyun Halacha geared to?
Yeshivas Iyun Halacha is geared to anyone that wants to learn halacha in depth. Whether you are working, learning or retired, our shiurim and Rabbanim will give you the guidance you need.
What type of learning background do I need to succeed?
The program is geared towards all different levels. In order to benefit fully from the program, you should be able to learn the Hebrew source text “inside”.
How available are the Rabbonim?
The Rabbonim are available through email, phone or Skype. You may e-mail the Rav at any time; and the optimal means of communication between you and the Rav can be set up from there.
How long are the programs?
The length of the program is determined by the amount of material. The shortest is one month, the longest is 30 months. Programs can be tailored to your schedule and circumstances.
Is there a fee for the program?
Yes, there is a monthly fee for the program. Your investment will be secured through a well-honed simple system of chazora and tests.
Does Yeshiva Iyun Halacha offer semicha?
Yes. Although semicha is not our primary focus, it is possible for those who qualify to receive semicha. To find out what the requirements are, please contact us.
