ABOUT YESHIVAS IYUN HALACHA
Yeshivas Iyun Halacha is a
revolutionary learning program launched in 2014 for those seeking to learn
halacha with a structured program. Overcoming such obstacles as lack of
guidance, distance, or a busy schedule, Yeshivas Iyun Halacha makes in-depth,
comprehensive halacha study attainable to all. Our program is designed
specifically for those who wish to gain a thorough and practical grasp of
halacha but need the flexibility of on-demand learning at any time and from any
location.
We emphasize critical aspects of
the study of halacha, a realistic, satisfying depth of study even for those
that have a limited amount of time. Our talmidim receive written, in-depth
English shiurim that track the development of each topic from the primary
sources in the Gemora through a wide range of mesforshim, including Rishonim,
the Shulchan Aruch, Achronim, contemporary poskim, and finally halacha l’ma’aseh.
In addition many programs include
a weekly Zoom shiur given by the Rav of the program to supplement the written
shiurim and give talmidim from around the world a chance to interact with each
other.
The finely-honed “Secure Your
Learning Forever” chazora system is an indispensable part of our program,
granting all our participants the ability retain the essential knowledge they
have gained.
Most importantly, members of

I wish to introduce and give recognition to the significant contribution of Harav Aharon Schenkolewski shlita, together with his colleague, my friend Harav Dovid Ostroff shlita, in spreading the study of Yoreh Daiah and Orach Chaim, the halachos and detailed dinim of Issur V’heter, and parts of Orach Chaimto people throughout the world who have a thirst for halacha, studying, teaching, and ultimately reaching the practical halacha, together with a systemof review and tests.
